EXPLANATION
 

Ok, let's make this a little bit easier now.  We can contract "I have" into I've.  So, let's do a couple of practice sentences and make this a little bit easier.  Even when I say I have been, it almost sounds like "I 'ave been".  I almost always drop the "H" sound as a native speaker.

  3. I've been practicing a new dance routine.
     

  4. I've been reading comic books since my childhood.
     

  5. I've been going to the movies twice a month.
